Imagination & Reality – “Imagining Reality”

When we pull back and look at what we refer to as reality, experience or what is deemed factual, we can see the true nature of our most fundamental creative faculty called the imagination. In our society the imagination is often referred to as visualization, yet this term can be misleading as it tends to indicate picturing something in your mind, seeing a picture or vivid movie like image. While seeing is apart of the imaginative process, it is only one aspect of an entire process. The imagination is the full use of the mind-body system, or what is known as the three-minds that are aligned to create a unified experience called “subjective reality”. Subjective reality not only indicates a reality in which we are subject too it – being acted on by it – but also a reality ultimately of our own making in which we are the centre around which everything revolves and evolves out of.

All reality, even what we call neutral objective reality as the original creation – the Earth as a conscious sentient Being in which we habitate – which sets the stage for personal experience to take place, has to be interpreted in order to be experienced. Our mind is what creates a unified illusion we call reality as a personal experience. Even though we all see the same tree, and can take a photograph of it, each individual perceiving the tree will have a somewhat unique and personalized experience of it. We are all ultimately responsible for our own life experiences because we are actually the ones creating them. It is only a question of whether or not we are doing it consciously with awareness, or unconsciously by default or based on taught memory that simply become a theme of repetition.

The imagination is the faculty of the mind where we take energetic information as primal intelligence and decode it by restructuring it into sensory terms so it can be seen, heard, touched, felt, tasted, smelled and so on. We then call it “reality” and we further define it by describing it with words, first internally as dialogue, then externally as a story “about” it, making impressions into sharp, crisp concepts as mental constructs. We then become attached to our own creation as mental constructs that are formed out of preferences that we then use as a form of memory. Memory provides us with a default system of previously constructed ideas and realities that serve as templates for instantaneous references and association. These mental constructs as templates are used as a form of “energy conservation” that allow instant perceptions in new and on-going environments, that serve to create the same type of experiential realities over and over, forming our personal style for creating. After awhile, we can’t seem to see anything else but our habituated tendencies.

Just like the Scientist that is originally inspired to pursue truth and knowledge, that encounters a true mystery and with an open mind tries to understand it, and be able to describe and explain it, develops a theory, falls in love with their own creation through the process, then their whole attitude becomes only seeing and bringing into the equation evidence that serves to support their theory, and exclude all the information that is still readily available that disproves or contradicts their theory. After awhile they can only “see” their theory and fail to perceive the mystery itself out of which a selected theory arose as one of many possibilities, because they package everything using their favorite design as a preferred structure for ordering all experience.

Imagination in its most primal function is used to interpret all of life creating our experience of it. Our experience is a correspondence or analogy of our soul’s characteristics that perceive out of archetypal clusters that form our basic personality, which births our identity, which ultimately births our ego. This is a spontaneous and natural unfolding of a living organism as a growth process of Becoming. At all points along the way, the potentiality as the expression possible is of the same nature – this is why we say (in psychology) that if you can’t imagine yourself doing something you can’t produce the behavior for doing it. It exists outside of your identity, basic personality, and therefore not a creative possibility for self-expression. This isn’t something to be struggled with or defied, trying to make something happen that’s not meant to be, that’s not natural, it is rather something to be recognized, honored and understood.

All of our possibilities as probable experience exists naturally within our imagination and arise spontaneously as the stories we most commonly have a desire to tell. Our soul’s essence can be seen as what inspires us with ideas, activating a desire for something and the thought processes that naturally marry the desire as a way of creating a living concept that will create a systematic structure like a blueprint or program for acting it out as a story that forms personal experience of a common theme. Our character always tells a certain type of story. The character and the story it tells is initiated as an expression of the soul’s essence (vibratory patterning) and is birthed in the imagination “moment-by-moment” forming continuity as an ongoing process of becoming the expression of the nature that is continuously birthing it.

The Law of One – “Holographic Universe”

It’s interesting how we talk about concepts of “oneness”, and turn in the next moment and talk in terms of separation and fragmentation as a way of attempting to describe a reality that actually exists as an interwoven ecology. Our actual means of discussing or describing “oneness” is done in concepts that set everything apart into categories that actually demonstrate a fundamental lack of understanding of Universal Principles as “modes of behavior” that govern different levels or stages of creation.

This is why they say the formless can’t be described, because the same essence is expressing through “all” variations of form. The form it takes on in one sense is irrelevant to the idea that’s being expressed. We create an “absolute” as a single application out of a principle that exists in a fundamental state of probability (endless variation), and then profess it as fact which locks it into one means of expression. It encases it in form. Because we perceive it as fact, we form a whole belief system around it that serves to support, prove and validate it. We then try to get others to agree with us as a means of further validating that our idea is the correct or superior idea.

We create a whole reality out of one possibility, and then fail to perceive anything else. We create personal experience as one possibility out of 6 billion currently being expressed within the same collective consciousness as a shared reality. The whole contains the part, which has the same information as the whole, and therefore can become a whole in and of itself as a mini-version or fractal pattern of the whole that served to birth it.

This determines the lens we look through and what we see as a result. It limits our ability to perceive greater truth because we have confined it to only one means of expression. We then argue to defend it, taking on a position and attitude of proving it, rather than opening our mind to deeper levels of truth that constantly reveal itself in endless diversity as a series of correspondences that reveal the same nature or essence. It’s the essence, theme or nature that is the consistent factor, not the shape, mental construct or appearance that we have perceived it through and encased it with.

We only learn or apprehend knowledge through experience. The Mind doesn’t know the difference between an imagined experience and an actual experience. This is because they are virtually the same thing (reveals the holographic nature). The imagination is the vehicle through which we create all experience that we then call reality. Yet reality exists at the same three levels of existence as the three minds, which form correspondences as our three primary “models” out of which we construct various levels of perceived reality. These three primary models are the personal concept of our self, the relationship dynamic that forms our concept of others, and the global concept as the generalization of . . . the ways things are. These three aspects of the “self” (one mind) are in direct relationship and serve to influence and determine each other. They are rather different levels of perception that move a vague idea into a specific idea as a personal expression or experience. These three levels of creation, also known as the trinity, all form correspondences or analogies to each other creating a chain of associate ideas that spontaneously unfold to tell a consistent story. The storyline reveals the soul essence or what we could call the “unifying factor” as the overall theme that shapes our life experiences in a consistent manner.

We create it first internally, through our imagination, then externally as a projected correspondence or a theme that shapes our experience.  Sometimes we don’t recognize this because the exact elements or content of the actual experience varied and appeared different from the imagined ones, yet the theme, or same idea was inherent in both. Through the experience as an expression, you created the same feeling. How the imagined experience or theme expresses is based on the actual circumstances in which it takes place and can be perceived more as the “organizing factor” that is orchestrating the experience using whatever physical elements are available rather than the actual elements of the imagined scenario. This is very similar to the way dreams operate. Dreams express thematically and symbolically to convey a feeling as a “type” of experience or as a possibility of experience.

Law of One – “State of Mind as Unified Experience”

The actual Law of One, can be thought of as a “state” that serves to order and structure the rest of the system to form a series of correspondences as an organic unfolding as experience. To consciously and intentionally create experiences, we must first create the “state of mind” that will spontaneously produce a sequential process as a harmonic expression in which there is no resistance. Resistance can be thought of as anything that does not support or exist in alignment with our desired experience. As long as we have fear, doubt, constant questioning and don’t believe in what we desire and imagine as a real possibility, we literally work to cancel out or distort its power. True power is coherence – light that is concentrated into a beam of energy that is focused on a specific thought or idea. All creative expression requires limitation.

Our creative capacity “in the world” is based on our ability to first create it in our mind as an idea, which we shape through emotional thinking that forms a scenario or a kind of movie for acting it out as a conceptual reality. Our mind needs to be thought of as our whole system as the electro-magnetic energy field that becomes concentrated and magnetized to a body which serves to localize or locate it by providing a channel (vessel) with a ground (point of entry). All electricity needs to be contained, directed and grounded in order to be “useful” for a specific purpose.

We tend to separate ideas through the use of terminology which shapes them into specific concepts designed to enhance our ability to understand how Law operates through form. But often we fail to realize that the concept simply allows us to recognize the principle or Law that is being demonstrated, and we fall in love with the concept or the form we assign to it instead. We will then argue about what the spirit, soul, personality, identity and ego “are” as a concept or specific idea, when in reality they are correspondences at different levels of solidity and attachment that perform different operations through developmental stages of becoming fully expressed through different aspects of itself. These are more like modes of operation that all serve to express a common theme.

To argue in defense of concept that express separation only serves to reinforce a belief in separation. When we learn to think ecologically, we can realize we are merely describing different aspects, levels of existence, or stages of development as processes of full expression of the same thing. It’s more a question of embodying our feminine principle and retraining our mind to think in terms of unified, synthesized and ecological terms. We must recognize that all of life exists in relationship to itself. Seeking to comprehend and gain an understanding of life as a whole, rather than as fragmented parts or aspects of itself that are imagined to be “disconnected” or apart from each other, and are therefore experienced that way.

Light as pure energy that forms the visible reality exists in polarity as the “dynamic duo”, feminine and masculine aspects of the same essence or vibratory quality. This can also be thought of as a wave that that is comprised of particles. The masculine principle operates to select one possibility, collapsing the appearance of the wave to a single particle, activating it by focusing attention on it which channels life force into it, animating (growing) it. This takes a piece or aspect of an ecological system and analyzes it in such a way that it creates the appearance of being a separate reality that is whole in and of itself. As a “holon” or fractal pattern that resembles or is of the same design as the whole that it exists within as part of. Once the selected idea is analyzed and understood for its unique possibilities, the feminine principle serves to reintegrate the abstracted aspect back into the ecological system that it was originally abstracted from. It returns the light from a singular aspect as a particle or physical expression, into a wave or unified field as a collective whole of pure potential.

The idea of “ascension” we are talking about in regards to the 2012 shift in consciousness that will usher in a new world age, represents the turning point in the evolutionary flow of dissension as the masculine principle to ascension as awakening the feminine principle. Masculine is spirit becoming contained in form and firmly anchored in material existence, where basic concepts of the self are derived from material possessions and station in society. Feminine is moving out of form and back into spirit as ultimate freedom. This tells us that material structures that govern our current society are going to begin falling away forcing us to relinquish our ego attachments to our possessions as a means of defining our self-worth are going to become the global lesson as the greater Will, or collective consciousness. This is a necessary step in order for individual freedom to be obtained, while nurturing and healing Mother Earth. As with all things, we will be facing the choice of becoming a catalyst for change by participating in its creation cooperatively forming our destiny as a whole, or having it thrown upon us causing deep suffering as we cling to our security and loose all self-worth that was derived from our egos. This time in history marks the necessary death of the ego opening the path of liberation.

Sexual Energy “Arousing Passion for Enhanced Creativity”

Sexual energy is the energizing, arousing, excitable energy of our system. It is also our primary “creative energy”. It not only has a strong motivational quality – compelling us to “to do” something, become active – but also has the added quality of enticing us towards pleasurable activities, ones that are playful, enjoyable, sexy, or artistic in some fashion. They encourage us towards forms of self-expression that we find very pleasurable. It arouses and stirs our natural feelings of passion for life itself. When we are feeling passionate, we tend gravitate towards beauty, music, arts, things that we love and feel strongly about engaging in. We engage in areas of our life that offer deeper meaning and bring an over-all sense of well-being.

It also has the quality of creating a desire to connect, to merge or become part of our own creation. To become fully present in the moment with what we are creating. This induces a natural state of what we call “flow”. Flow is when we are so present with our creation that we loose all sense of our self as an individual, as separate and apart from our creation, that we feel one and the same with creation itself. We become fully present in our body, aware of only the moment, and time itself ceases to exist. This is a very euphoric feeling that creates a form of inner calm that is hard to describe with words, its “pure form” as essential experience without a thought process. We create a true feeling of oneness which feeds our souls relentless longing to reconnect with our source, to become apart of something greater than ourselves. We are at once the creator, the creation while have the experience of creating.

In the energy system of the body, represented by the “chakras”, sexual energy is considered the second chakra, the one governing the sexual organs of the ovaries and testis, the areas of our body involved in pro-creation. This naturally is the area of the body that we feel an arousing, exciting sensation in whenever we activate this energy. If you place both thumbs on your belly-button, facing each other, lay your hands on your abdomen and form a downward triangle or heart-shape by touching your index fingers, you are identifying the approximate location of this energy center.

There are several ways to easily and intentionally activate this energy. We activate it anytime we want to use it intentionally to stimulate or arouse the rest of our system, or to bring a strong form of motivation to other areas of our life. Always keep in mind that energy is directed and shaped by the imagination. As you do these exercises, concentrate on feeling the stimulation in your body and allow it to feel very “sexy”. Energy is experienced as feeling sensations or “qualities” that stimulates emotions and thought processes of the same nature.

Here are 3 easy and basic ways to stimulate and build the sexual energy:

1.     When making a triangle starting at your belly-button pointing down, relax and slightly bend your knees, and start a slight rhythmic bouncing up and down centering yourself out of your pelvic area. Then take your hands in the heart-shape and smack your abdomen vigorously to the beat of your bounce. Smack it very firmly and just shy of hurting. So that it stimulates this area of the body. This is best done to music or in a rhythmic flow. Do for 5-10 minutes.

2.     Vagina squeeze: Stand with knees slightly bent, pelvic relaxed, and consciously squeeze or tighten vaginal /groin muscles in and upward (rocking pelvis), hold, then out and downward. This is what we call “making babies” J. Again, allow your body to feel erotic and sexy while doing this. For added “toning”, tighten buttocks at the same time while squeezing in and up, then relax when going down and out. Do this for 3-5 minutes at a time.

3.     Pelvic dancing: Put on music with a strong rhythmic beat, and dance erotically concentrating on moving your pelvic and hip area with extreme range of motion. Not only back and forth, but in and out, around in circles, or making a figure ‘8”. This is not only fun to do, it will immediately elevate your mood as well as energize the rest of your body. Do it for as long as you like or have time for.

Sexual energy is extremely beneficial not only for feeling sexy, more alive and passionate, but for inducing “highly creative states”. It’s the “quality” of passion as a deep desire for personal expression that can be channeled into a variety of activity increasing not only the creativity and playfulness that we bring to our actions, but also the pleasure we experience in doing it. This is the best energy for igniting the creative imagination causing ideas of a pleasurable nature to spontaneously arise and flow freely without inhibitions. It arouses and channels life force into any area of our life or system that we choose to direct it into.

Creative Imagination as Divine Power “The Drama of Opposites”

“God created man in Its image, and with Its likeness”

The Creative Imagination has the natural ability to take an inspired idea, which usually comes as a feeling or notion, and serves as a channel for that energy to come into the world as a personal expression. The imagination creates a conceptual model out of a vague impression that can be expressed, lived or acted out to produce something real and valuable outside of us. Subtle energy as living forces forms a series of correspondences that expresses as a physical reality of a similar nature. Creative Life force orders, organizes and structures matter as a living composition that we “experience” as reality.  The finished product, like a painting, is a congruent expression of the identity and mood (state) that births it.

All of our personal experiences are created in our own image (through our imagination) and are of the same nature. What we perceive outside of us in our environment, is a reflection of our self. We see our self in everything we perceive. Our only method of perception is through our “model” or habituated style for interpreting neutral events to form a common theme that supports and simultaneously creates our “sense of our self” as a specific type of person by causing us to feel a certain way. All of our stories emerge as an expression or spontaneous correspondence of our identity.

Many people feel powerful so infrequently that when they do they try to hold on to it, possess it. But energy in all forms intensifies and gains power through flowing and gaining a form of momentum. By holding on, we stop the flow which closes the pathway. It doesn’t go out, but nothing comes in either. It stagnates and withers. We can only hold to power by becoming a channel that consistently discharges it . . . . by expressing it. We become the means through which spiritual power works in the world. God as Life Force, living power can only work through us. We are the conscious, thinking connecting element. Just like electricity must be harnessed, channeled and connected or attached to a fixed object in order to be  useful and of value, Divine Power which is present all around us, needs to have a channel through which to flow, by becoming focused into a limited idea. Until then, it only exists in its potential state (unformed) and has no intrinsic value.

When power is only stirred or increased within us due to being a spectator of some external event, we find that when the event ends that triggered the excitement, the energy diminishes with it, resuming its latent state. But artists, teachers and scientist find that the power increases and intensifies over the course of a lifetime the more they discharge it into physical reality. In this sense, all knowledge and power that is obtained only for personal use and not given or put at the service of others and channeled into the world, diminishes, subsides and becomes lifeless.

Occult sciences are revolutionary because they teach the ability for direct salvation, in this life time, currently, through your own efforts. But this ability requires not only secret knowledge, but the commitment and discipline to practice. We were led to believe that Magicians, Wizards and Shamans had to make strange deals that involved selling their “souls” to the devil in order to gain extraordinary personal power. No one seemed to notice that the devil is a Christian God, and does not exist in a meaningful manner in other spiritual traditions. This image was partially conjured up from the Magicians who went underground and practiced in private which only served to pique the imagination of curious onlookers who whispered of secret societies, but also from the Church who saw the Magicians as competitors who dealt directly with the spirit without going through the priesthood. In order to eliminate the competition they created stories that justified their right to murder them. Occult practices, like Wicca, do not have a concept of the devil. They simply view the polarity of all electro-magnetic forces which exist in opposition while interacting in a complimentary fashion. In most spiritual traditions, God is viewed as “all of nature” and pure consciousness that is living intelligent (expresses through dynamic patterns).

In order to perceive God as having qualities and characteristic, we had to first form an image (concept) of God, then one of  Its opposite. Because Spiritual forces shape and create what we call human characteristics, we created an image of God in our image and with our likeness. These humanistic characteristic are represented by what we have come to call Archetypes. Archetypes can be viewed as qualities that produce natural tendencies that lend themselves to specific “roles” that have inherent stories or themes in them that express through a specific genre. Because of this, we tend to form an idea of God, as being human that is the embodiment of love, kindness and compassion. Her opposite, the devil is viewed as being mostly animal like, aggressive and primal. Because God originated as dominantly Feminine, we tend to see God as passive, while the Satan is active. Because of this tendency, unfortunately, we often view the Devil as having more power in the physical world than God does. We even create mythologies that we are born basically bad, and have a lifetime to struggle in an attempt to become good.  Drama . . . after all, is necessary for an interesting storyline that engages us through intense emotions that keeps us guessing as to the ultimate outcome.

Symbolic Imagery “The Art of Interpretation”

One of the best ways to understand the significance of symbolic imagery is to recognize it as the Universal language which is not interpreted through cultural conditioning our individual preference of the person writing the text. Geometry as geometric shapes, are the premise for the “math” of building, of architecture. It creates a template for physical structures in much the same manner that the mind forms mental constructs that are used to fashion reality as a natural correspondence. All of life and creation needs a pattern to fill in order to become expressed.

Pictures, images, numbers and geometric shapes are the universal language that is imbedded in our psyche that represents archetypal or universal themes for individual expression as self-creation. By interpreting these geometric shapes through a process of correspondences we can readily see the significance of their hidden truth, or information that exists in its neutral state. As we interpret them through a “chain of association” or as symbolic correspondences they not only unfold to reveal a whole body of knowledge and information, but it has the added feature of being perfect for the person who is doing the interpretation. Each interpretation varies according to the “model” of the person doing the interpreting. This allows for a highly specialized unique expression as perfectly suited for and as applied by the individual. It honors fully our individuality at its most fundamental level. We create a personalized experience of universal knowledge by applying it to our everyday life through our own perceptions which hold the greatest meaning for each person involved.

Universal archetypes and symbolic imagery not only hold significance in the fact that they teach through personal story-telling, but also as a form of holographic diagram that locates information spatially as it exists in relationship to other information. It will not only structure reality as living blueprints, but holds key information mathematically of longitude and latitude that creates or outlines “grids” or the unified field as a kind of fabric that underlies everything and illustrates an eloquent and dynamic relationship to everything else.

In order to understand principles that are being expressed through surface activity and events, we must learn how to interpret everyday situations intuitively through their symbolic qualities. By doing this we can learn to identify the underlying reality that is acting as the “self-organizing” force in any situation of which the individual parts are simply aspects of a greater pattern that is being animated. By seeing the underlying reality, the principle or fabric that connects them in a dynamic network of stunning perfection, we can see what is really going on at the deeper, unconscious level. It is through our unconscious or instinctual mind that we are all connected in a very direct and profound manner.

We can think of principles as archetypes or living forces of certain “qualities” that have patterns of expression inherent within them that create fractal patterns, self-replicating as smaller patterns within greater patterns that are all of the same nature, likeness or quality. Patterns exist as dynamic interactions of a similar nature acting out greater patterns of a like nature that fulfills the individual patterns of every person that has a role in acting it out. We call these “clusters” of like qualities. Fractal patterns spawned by the same quality develop into clusters. In this sense, like not only begets like, but acts on itself, interacts with itself through self-fulfillment of a larger story that it perceives as being apart from it, in which all people involved are ideally suited for certain roles within a common dynamic.

All of life is an exquisite interaction that ultimately produces a chemical reaction that forms substance. Material reality is not only affected by our observation, but is literally re-organized through a “self-organizing” mechanism that is inherent in our mind as a natural function. When we place our attention on something and begin thinking about it, interpreting it, we act to self-organize it by making it “mean” something. Meaning places it in a logical position within our self-produced and on-going story-line about everything else that we perceive in a congruent manner. It forms it as maintaining and validating our preconceived notions about things. We fit it into our pre-existing patterns in a way that makes “sense”. In this way we are always shaping our own reality out of our very core which exists as our “sense of self” . . . . which is why it is “self-organizing”. Our “core” is comprised of our soul’s essence that formed our personality, which then formed our identity as a series of spontaneous correspondences. All reality is interpreted through our identity. We can only behave within or as defined by our identity. All perceptions that serve to ultimately form behavior has to have a pattern to “fill and animate” in order to come into being through self-expression. This is the very basis of the ‘creative process” at it’s most fundamental level . . . the one we all participate in naturally without even realizing it.

Like all things . . . once we become aware of it, we can learn how to use it intentionally. We can develop the skills at using our own equipment to self-create the reality of our choosing. We can then participate in our own lives by becoming the captain of our own soul and steer our course towards our destiny with a sure hand and a clear mind.

Archetypes

“Universal Themes that Form Individual Expression”

Once we fully understand the nature of what we call “archetypes” we can immediately understand how powerful they are. An archetype is what we call an original universal pattern or model from which things of the same kind are copied or fashioned – a kind of prototype. They are inherent unconscious patterns that form a whole series of correspondences as feelings, thoughts, emotion, images, etc. Archetypes are vibratory frequencies as qualities that are universally present in individual psyches. Qualities that form human characteristics that lends themselves to telling certain types of stories.

Anytime we talk about vibrations or vibratory frequencies, these can be thought of or equated to qualities. Qualities form our basic personality, which serves to form our identity out of which “like” behavior is a natural by-product. We say that it is impossible for people to act/behave outside of their identity. This is because all action requires a concept, pattern or strategy in order to be acted out. Our identity is our self-concept, our sense of ourselves that is shaped as a correspondence to our personality. Our personality is formed by our soul, which is a cluster of archetypes that exist as vibratory frequencies that are a form of harmonic composure. Our character forms our identity that naturally acts out a whole pattern that is comprised of a series of fractal patterns as an expression of the qualities it embodies.

Archetypes shape the tendencies that govern and ultimately determine behavior in terms of types and themes that are played out in a story-line or living drama. The Zodiac, in its original form, was laid out as constellations that identified archetypes that governed periods of time as determined by the constellations as heavenly bodies (as above, so below). The twelve months of a year serves as a mini-model of the great cycle represented in the Mayan calendar that tracks ages with distinct personalities. Not only does the processional equinox for the change of seasons fall on the 21st of each month, but so does the transition from one star-sign to another. Each month represents one sign, and a whole cycle is 12 signs. The archetype that governs each sign creates tendencies of a certain nature within the individual as lived out under certain conditions, circumstances and as they exist in relationship to others.

So archetypes that govern the grand cycles of time indicate the unconscious patterns that will not only influence people but will also form larger themes as community and culture that will be acted out within that time frame also. We are born into certain times and locations because the greater pattern serves perfectly to produce the smaller patterns of the same nature or likeness. Individual Karma is being served through family karma, which is being served through community, being served through cultural . . . being served through planetary . . . and even universally.

This is why we say you are doing exactly what you are meant to do – that your life is the perfect enactment that is first allowing you to recognize your inner experience, identify repeated patterns, and make new decisions that will reestablish the natural balance, producing inner harmony with your external experience. Any area of your life in which you are experiencing inner turmoil, is showing you an area of karmic significance in which you have the ability to make new decisions, or intentionally interject qualities that serve to alter the vibration and bring it into complimentary expression. Archetypes, like all living forces, exist in polarity of opposites. If an archetypal quality is being expressed negatively, the way to heal it is to intentionally express the positive aspects, which will shift the vibration from and extreme back into mediation. Anytime we go to extremes, we create an imbalance. All healing is correcting an imbalance and restoring harmony to the organic living system.

By way of the holographic effect, we know that the way to heal a group or community is done the same way we heal ourselves. The micro-cosm, is a correspondence to the macro-cosm. We heal the world, the same way we heal ourselves. By discovering the secrets to self-healing . . . . we simultaneously discover the secrets to global healing. We never have to look outside ourselves for answers. Everything we need . . . is within us waiting to be discovered and tapped on. Our own mind body system is a symbolic correspondence to the Universe. The part contains the whole, and the whole is comprised of the part. Archetypes are Universal patterns that create the channel for personal expression of a universal them as unique and endlessly varied. The Tarot, a Divinatory Art, offers a rich education in the symbolic nature of archetypes as a full system of correspondences that lay out both positive and negative expressions of the same qualities. In this lies the most profound secrets to self-development, healing and restoring your soul back to a natural state of equilibrium and Harmony.

Life Force Energy - "Spirit in Action"

Every where you look in Nature, are growing "animated" things. All growing, dynamic organism's are various manifestations of spirit - the Life Force Energy revealing itself. From the tiniest seed emerges plants, trees, animals and people - all living, breathing and growing.

With all of our modern day technology, no one has ever been able to invent or reproduce a seed or an egg. Seeds and eggs have the magical power of encoded intelligence that reproduces itself into a living, breathing organism. From the tiniest, often microscopic seed, that finds it's way through a tremendously violent environment to fertile grounds and implants itself, begins immediately reproducing and constructing a living organism that will continue to grow and consistently reproduce and heal itself throughout the life span of the organism itself. This life is at once fragile and delicate, and at the same time unbelievably tough and enduring. It can be annihilated in an instant, or can endure against impossible odds for years. All of life has inherent within it a desire to "BE." Life always finds a way to exist.

Plants only grow in the right conditions or when given the proper care. Proper care can include loving them, talking to them, giving them attention  and even playing music for them. One of the essential needs of human beings is love, touching and attention. Without it, babies literally die or fail to thrive. Each of us emerges like a bud stretched out on the numerous branches on the spiritual tree of life. All parts of that tree are linked together and nourished through the tree's root system. This root system draws up the energy and nutrition of the Earth and distributes it through the system.

Each of us can learn how to become wise spiritual leaders who will love, nurture and grow the precious life that we have all been given and exist as an integral part of.  If we have been nourished and loved, we can love and nourish others. We have to be able to provide ourselves and others with the spiritual and psychological nourishment necessary for healthy and sustained growth.

We are all spiritual Beings in human form. This is the very Essence and Nature of "Spirituality." How we apply our Spiritual Essence becomes an expression of how we value life. The creation of life comes from a power much greater than ourselves. In order to become fully human, we must be open to, and able to connect with that Power. This power has been given many names - God being one of them. Living a successful life depends on our ability to become aware of and develop a relationship with our own Life Force.

This connection to Spirit is represented and housed in the human seed. When the  seed (male) comes together and merges with the fertile egg (female)  the "human seed" is complete. The energetic system that comprises this Life Force is the dynamic interaction of masculine and feminine energy. Only when completed is it capable of "Becoming" a human Being. The seed and egg, contains all of the intelligence that begins developing and reproducing itself and is finally born into the physical world as a whole, separate and unique Being. This is what I call "Spirituality in action." The ultimate act of creation.

When this union takes place something truly amazing happens - a powerful energy is formed and released and a "new" human Being, completely unique in and of itself - comes into existence. Out of the combination of information, like a recipe that also contains all the ingredients, begins manufacturing itself into an intricate and unique expression of one of literally billions of possibilities. A probable reality is provoked into existence and burst forth becoming a living, breathing human being. From this small seed, comes a complex, diverse, multifaceted, preprogrammed human being that is now fully capable of creating.

The Life Force not only determines and oversees the growth of each seed, it also channels the energy to all parts of the system, making sure that each part gets what it needs. Within this "awakened & walking miracle" we have the very foundation for vibrant health, mental well-being, positive behavior and the ability to create "experiences." We need to find the richest context possible for nurturing ourselves so that we grow to become fully empowered humans. Channeling our energy by expressing our potential as fully integrated Beings.

In an effort to change our behavior, we can easily crush the human spirit, impose limitations on our paths for expression, crippling the body and often dulling our mind. This happens largely because we tend to equate the value of a person with the nature of their behavior. Behavior is learned, because it is learned, it can unlearned, or relearned. Spirit on the other hand exists as our very Essence. Spirit should not be confused with behavior. Our approach becomes more beneficial when we begin by honoring the Spirit while fostering and helping to learn more positive behavior.

Recognizing the power of the Spirit is the very essence of healing, health and mental well being. This is the very basis of what Spirituality is about. Many people pose themselves as being spiritual without having a fundamental understanding of it or the ability to live it. We have to learn to accept the fact that our "higher power" - our life force energy must be called on and connected with in order for any kind of healing to begin. The very essence of the healing process, in all cases, begins at the energetic level. Energy proceeds matter. It is the quality of the energetic patterning that determines how it manifests. Energetic patterns are held in the body and repeatedly brought into expression until they are released or transformed.

I work with many psychologist and hypnotherapist who hold the belief that all change must address the belief system, and I would certainly define that further by clarifying that it must also address the identity and soul agenda of the person . . . . but even more fundamental than that is the person life force energy and how that has been set-up and governed by the emotions, beliefs, life experiences and "imprinted patterns" of the individual. It is my belief that all healing should begin at the energetic level and proceed outward from there.

When working with the life force energy - a direct connection is made "spirit to spirit." The persons life stories, beliefs, identity and behavior does not need to be addressed. It is only the Essence of the person we are working with. The Essence is our life force energy. This energy does not require us to direct it, manipulate it, or diagnose for it. It is self-regulating, expanding and distributes itself to what ever area is in need. Once the energy is released and balanced, then we can work with other areas such as conditioning, habitual behavior, attitudes and helping to form more empowering perceptions. If we do not start with the energy system, then these patterns will continue to manifest. If we approach our problems by trying to correct the behavior, the symptoms, the effects of the disease - just keeps manifesting itself in various new ways.

We are all incredible and unique manifestations of the Universal mind and life force. Our most basic nature and Essence is Divine in origin. We have direct access to the Universal Intelligence and wisdom through our intuition which can be tapped into through meditation, hypnosis, prayer, relaxation, and increased self-awareness facilitate the development of high self-esteem. High self-esteem is a reverence for all of life, beginning with our own. When we are able to be calm inside - soothe the chattering mind - relax and become in tuned with the energy in our bodies - focus our attention, we are able to access that "wise" part of our "self" that has all our own answers to all of life's questions. This is our direct connection to our higher power. In doing this it changes how feel about our self - how we experience our self through our life force.

When we feel positive about our self - positive about life, our approaches reflect our positive feelings and energetic patterning. This is what is commonly referred to as being centered. One of the most immediate challenges of our time - is learning to love Spirit unconditionally, the spirit in ourselves, others and all living beings. while at the same time working with  our behavior, the behavior of others, and the behavior that results from our interaction with each other. We can learn to recognize, re-orientate and transform behavior to fit new energetic patterns that will more appropriately suite our ethical and moral ideals.

Spirituality = my respect for the life force in myself, in others and in all living things.

Creative Energy - Channeling "Life Force"

"Some people say they have not yet found themselves, but the self is not something one finds, it is something one creates."             Thomas Szasz

When most of us think of creativity we think of the classic forms of expression such as the arts - painting, music, acting, writing, dancing, sculpting - but creativity flows through us in various forms of expression whether it be business, gardening, raising children, healing, problem solving, all are simply channels of expressing the creative life force within us.

The entire universe is made of creative energy, consciousness that shapes reality, like art it channels energy from invisible to visible forms. The only function, act or ability of the mind, or consciousness is creative. Every thought you think, every feeling you experience, every story you tell, every meaning you assign to things is channeling your creative energy out of yourself and into the world as an expression of "you."

Creative energy, like a surging river, "must" be released, it must find expression - it seeks to move from an internal feeling/thought out into the world becoming an external effect, that can be experienced as "form." Whether we call it creative energy, sexual energy, life force, or personal magnetism the dynamic nature of energy demands release, it must be expressed. All artist have an abundance of life force energy and feel the dynamic force with a special sense of urgency - and find channels that allow an abundant amount of life force to flow through them and into the world through creative expression of various sorts. When an artist paints a picture, the subject is somewhat irrelevant, as it simply expresses the feeling nature of what is being expressed, what is important is the "emotional quality" of the piece as well as the actual experience of creating it. The more the piece lends itself to interpretation, the more fully it engages the creative energy of the person viewing it. All art forms have to be interpreted in order to be understood, or as a way of perceiving the "feeling quality" that motivated the artist who channeled it.

Creative energy is like a double sided sword as illustrated in the fable of "Excalibur." Because creative energy must be channeled, if it's not channeled constructively it turns destructive. Creativity flourishes in an environment of inner security & confidence which is what allows an individual to open up and be willing to experiment with new ideas, take risks, or stepping off the beaten path into the unknown - which means being different, strange, unusual or perhaps outlandish by conventional standards.

Creative energy can best be realized by tuning in to your emotional energy and fully embodying the "feeling state" of your thoughts or ideas. Find the feeling in your body, bring your attention to it, and be present with the feeling and begin expressing what the feeling seems to be about -  stories will emerge that form a path of expression that allows the energy to be channeled into reality. Creative energy is experienced and realized as emotions. Emotions motivate, compel us to do something,  and have "action" inherent within them.

When we fully engage consciously in channeling creative energy through various forms of self expression we enter the "flow" of life and experience, perhaps for the first time, euphoria. Our bodies are hardwired for pleasure. Life when experienced in the present moment, in the state of "flow" is joy in it's most instinctual aspect. Joy comes through channeling our "SELF" into the world through expression, releasing the creative life force within us, and a creating a "sense of our self" as something specific.

The only purpose to living, is self creating & self expressing. Bringing an aspect of the whole into existence as a unique, individual entity and creating a whole within the part.

The Essence of Expression

"All great discoveries are made by those whose feelings run ahead of their thinking."     CH Parkhurst

Expression, like various forms of creativity can be used positively- to uplift, instruct, inspire, bring beauty into the world- or negatively - to belittle, demoralize, tear down and even destroy. Expression takes many forms whether it's the spoken language, body language, a sermon, acting out in a state of emotional drama, any time an individual is active, or doing something, they are "expressing" themselves.

Humans express themselves every moment, through every feeling, thought, word, or the attitude they walk through life with, with the metaphors they use, what they reference as examples, the story they tell about things, about themselves . . every form of "action" is creative. Bringing an internal state into an external reality of some sort. All we are capable of doing is projecting our "self" onto our environment. Every thought, meaning, and perception is experience "through us" as us. Our models serve as filters used to perceive the world as something specific.

This day and age, the "age of communication" we have lost the art of "performing ideas" - transmitting information by developing skill at expressing it. Yet, it is the emotional quality of the information that provokes action, that motivates us to do something, to act based on the "feeling quality" of the information we have been given. This is the true art of "inspiring" people. To inspire is to take a standard goal or desired outcome, and perform it in a way that engages people emotionally in personally identifying with the goal in a way that compels them towards it, creating a desire in them to "do" something to make it come true. To act in a fashion that supports and creates a physical reality motivated by the "feeling quality" of the idea as it was communicated. We all seek to be apart of something that is greater than ourselves. The greater the emotional quality of the expression, the more clearly we relate to being apart of what's being expressed. If, by relating to it, I feel . . .  "courageous, powerful, able to serve, compassionate, caring, sexy, valuable" etc. - whatever the feeling, if it feels good, it will attract people who have that "desire" inside of them that is being provoked into reality by the emotional quality of my communication- which creates a path for expression. All great artist, communicators and leaders understand this.

To be a great artist, a great leader, you must stir people's desire, touch them inside with emotions that compel them into action. Not because they should or it's the right thing to do . . . but because they must! Creating and transferring emotion, creates a powerful desire to do something as a result of your performance. By activating the right "state of mind" you can not only influence people towards a common goal, but bring out peoples magnificence in the process. When people feel moved by something, usually the best part of them, the part that is passionate comes forth and becomes more apparent. This passionate "presence" is what performs the action. When people act out of passion, they own and harness their personal power to self actualize. When you have the ability to trigger this response in people intentionally you literally bring out the genius in common people, at will. What you see in them, they see in themselves. What we reflect we are projecting. When we become invested in the fun of exercising our power to bring out the best in other people, we simultaneously experience the best in ourselves. To empower others, is to experience yourself as powerful. In order to express it,  you have to have it.

To bring beauty into the world by expressing it, is to become a conduit for attracting it, a channel through which beauty can flow. Focusing your mind on drawing beauty to you, filling yourself up with it to the point of exploding into existence - you become the living, breathing expression of beauty. Your cup runneth over. It becomes your experience, your common every day reality!  You are, by virtue of your nature . . . beautiful.

Commit to expressing it (purpose) and you will attract it (identity) when you receive it, you will have it to give (path) . . . . thus you will "become" the living embodiment of that which you are!  :) :0

Feel it . . . . Think it . . . say it . . . . make it real!

Do it NOW!!
